Global Investment Banking firm is seeking a Technology Investment Banking VP, Associate and Analyst to join their San Francisco office location. The individual will have at least three years of relevant Investment Banking experience and a proven track record in M&A.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients, potential investors, and senior bankers
- Prepare client proposals and presentations
- Develop models and financial analysis
- Manage deal processes
- Supervise, recruit and develop Analysts
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Opportunity to work directly with Managing Directors and senior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking required
- Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential
- Solid finance/accounting knowledge; ability to analyze and value businesses
- Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and creative skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as a Team player mentality
- Microsoft Office suite skills; Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained during employment
