Investment firm based in New York City is seeking a Director to source and structure investment opportunities for the firm. Requirements: Four plus years of finance experience in real estate, Commercial & Industrial or specialty finance; Proven track record of sourcing investment opportunities.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Director will source and structure investment opportunities for products including bridge lending, loan & portfolio acquisitions and specialty finance
- Director will bring existing relationships and cultivate new ones
- Proven record of sourcing investment opportunities
- Ability to articulate deal experience and investment ideas
- 4-10 years of finance experience in real estate, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) or specialty finance
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Real Estate
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong communication skills (written and verbally)
- Motivated, driven, and a self-starter
