Investment Management firm based in Manhattan is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join their office. There is a database management and administrative component to this position, along with an opportunity to learn the finance business of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Client Services Assistant will assist in assembling monthly & quarterly reports (mail merge, copy & file)
- Assist in assembling presentation packets for sales reps and brokers (printing & binding, shipping)
- Maintain client files and record-keeping system
- Data entry; email blasts. Type correspondence
- Database Management
- Handle expense reports for Managing Director
- Bind and ship marketing materials for conferences
- Confirm appointments
- Respond to broker requests for materials
- Scanning in contractual documents to network drive and filing originals
- Respond to broker requests for materials
- Provide back up support to reception
- Additional general administrative support as requested to the Managing Director, Sales Reps and Associates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum one to two years of experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, quick learner, problem solving and organizational skills
- Salary $45,000-$50,000
