Bank headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut is seeking a Senior Accountant. This hire will have accounting experience within the banking/ financial services industries. Public Accounting experience, with a banking/financial services focus will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Month-end closing
- Financial statement preparation
- Financial modeling
- Monthly Reporting
- Fixed Asset and prepaid Management
- Account and Ledger Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Additional projects as needed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Banking/financial services industry experience and/or public accounting experience
- Fiserv/Prologue accounting software experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Diligent, Proactive and a Self-Starter
Salary range $78,000-80,000, based on experience.
