International Bank is seeking an Account Officer to join their Corporate Banking Department in New York City. Lending or credit experience in large financial institutions; Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
Corporate Banking Account Officer Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer relationships by selling banking products and services
- Identify potential corporate customers and develop referral sources to ensure a consistent deal flow and achieve assigned profit and loan growth target
- Prepare credit applications, analyze credit risks, generate risk ratings and conduct due diligence to determine the merits of granting the loan
- Analyze financial statements including key financial ratios and cash flow projections for preparation of the credit application
- Conduct customer KYC and fulfill other compliance related requirements
Corporate Banking Account Officer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance related majors
- Minimum 1-2 years of lending or credit experience in large financial institutions
- Knowledgeable about banking products and lending/credit approval processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities
- Highly motivated and can work individually and with team
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
